About Sarah
With strong roots in Cumberland County, Sarah Holsapple-Miller is pleased to be able to practice law in the area she is proud to call home. After working for other area law firms after her graduation from law school and honing her skills, Sarah opened her own law office in 2010.
Sarah concentrates her private practice in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, municipal, administrative and business law. Additionally, Sarah has spent years practicing before the administrative courts of the Illinois Secretary of State, handling over 3,000 cases involving driver's license revocations and related driver's license matters.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband Brandon, and their children Reed and Jude. She is the daughter of Kim and Jennie Holsapple of Toledo and the granddaughter of Bytha, and the late Berl, Holsapple of Greenup and of the late Charles and Thelma Bline of Casey. Her in-laws are Carol, and the late Roger, Miller of Greenup.

Sarah is active in her community, as a member and treasurer of the Toledo United Methodist Church, board member for the Neal Foundation, board member for Heartland Nursing Center, election judge in Sumpter Township in Cumberland County, member of the Cumberland Booster Club, volunteer coach for various youth sports leagues, a member of the Cumberland Booster Club, a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and recently finished her term as a Mid-Illinois Big Brothers Big Sisters board member with nine years of service to the board.
Sarah earned her J.D. in 2003 from Southern Illinois University School of Law and her B.A. in Communication Studies with a minor in Pre-Law in 2001 from Eastern Illinois University. She is a 1998 graduate of Cumberland High School. Sarah is admitted to the bars of the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, and the United States Supreme Court.
